How do I delete my account?

In the app: go to ProfileDelete Account and follow the confirmation steps. You can also visit playpique.com/delete-account for full instructions. Deletion is permanent and removes your data.

How do I connect with my partner for Daily Thread?

One partner creates an invite code in the app and shares it. The other partner enters the code to link up. Both of you need the Pique app installed.

How do friends join a game (Roast Mode, Open Book)?

The host creates a room in the app and shares the room code or link. Friends join using the code — they can join straight from a browser, no install needed.

How do purchases and refunds work?

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are requested directly through Apple or Google, per their policies: Apple's refund policy and Google Play's refund policy.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email hello@playpique.com with your device model and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
