How do I delete my account?
In the app: go to Profile → Delete Account (at the bottom), tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. You can also visit playpique.com/delete-account for full instructions. Deletion is permanent and removes your data.
How do I connect with my partner for Daily Thread?
Daily Thread needs an account, so first sign in with Apple or Google. Then one partner creates an invite code in the app and shares it. The other partner enters the code to link up. Both of you need the Pique app installed.
How do I join a game with a room code?
Open the Social tab. Type the 6-letter code under "Have a room code?" and tap Join room. Codes work for Couples Journey and the games for two. A room lasts about 2 hours.
What is free, and how do I restore purchases?
Daily Thread, The Essentials, the games for two and the Anniversary countdown are free. Going Deeper, Turn Up the Heat and Milestone are one-time purchases, and Grace Days are optional. There is no subscription. On a new phone, use the same Apple ID or Google account and tap Profile → Restore Purchases.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are requested directly through Apple or Google, per their policies: Apple's refund policy and Google Play's refund policy.
How do I change how the app looks?
Go to Profile → Appearance and choose Classic (dark) or New look (light). The choice is saved on your phone.
How do anniversary reminders work?
Open Social → Anniversary countdown, open a date and turn on Remind us the day before. Notifications must be allowed for Pique in your phone's settings.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email hello@playpique.com with your device model and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

Version 2.0 is made only for couples and does not include the group games. If you use version 1.0.x, these answers are for you.
How do friends join a game (Roast Mode, Open Book)?
The host creates a room in the app and shares the room code or link. Friends join using the code — they can join straight from a browser, no install needed.
How do I report something in a group game?
Go to Profile → Support in the app, or email hello@playpique.com. Include the room code, the approximate time and screenshots if you have them. The host can end the game at any time.
