Delete your account

You can delete your Pique account and the associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Pique and sign in.
  2. Go to ProfilePrivacy.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or you cannot sign in, email hello@playpique.com with the subject line "Account deletion request". To help us identify your account, please include:

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we cannot match your request to an account, we will let you know what additional information would help.

What about my purchases?

Deleting your Pique account does not refund past purchases. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay). Non-consumable packs you previously purchased on the same Apple ID / Google account remain available if you create a new Pique account on that same store account in the future.
